Returns Policy for Personalized Garments
At GC Prints, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality personalized garments. Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- No Returns or Refunds for Personalized Items: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized garments once the items have been customized with embroidery or printing. This includes items with spelling mistakes, different designs, or discrepancies from what was expected.
- Mockup Approval Responsibility: After the approval of a mockup, any discrepancies between the mockup and the final product are the responsibility of the customer. This includes spelling mistakes, design variations, or any other deviations. Your approval of the mockup implies your agreement to the final design.
- Differences between Mockup and Reality: Please note that differences between the mockup and the actual product can occur due to variations in materials, printing, and embroidery. If the final product does not match your expectations based on the mockup, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
- Invoice Payment Agreement: If you have seen the mockup and made the payment as indicated in the invoice, this action implies your automatic agreement with the mockup and our terms. Any alterations to the invoice may be subject to additional fees.
- Cancellation Fees: If you wish to cancel an order immediately after placing it, you may be liable for a chargeback fee of 35%.
- Exchanges for Specific Scenarios: We offer exchanges only in specific situations, including:
- Spelling Mistakes (if different from mockup approval)
- Incorrect Sizes Sent (e.g., receiving a large instead of a medium)
- Like-for-Like Exchanges: If there is no mention of a product code, we reserve the right to send like-for-like items in exchange for errored products. Please note that any embroidered or printed items will not be refunded.
- Return or Destruction of Errored Items: In case we approve an exchange, we expect the errored item to be returned to us or clearly demonstrated as destroyed. This can be achieved by providing a clear video showing the item's destruction (e.g., cutting it into four pieces or safely burning it) or by returning the item.
- Acceptance of Terms: By paying an invoice or making any purchase with us, whether online or manually, you automatically accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
