Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Contract Formation
1.1 Orders placed via www.gcprints.uk, phone, or email are subject to acceptance. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order via email.
1.2 We reserve the right to reject orders, especially if a pricing error is identified or if custom artwork does not meet our Personalisation Standards.
2. Personalised Products
2.1 By uploading any logos or artwork, you confirm you have full rights to use the material.
2.2 Setup fees and per-product personalisation charges apply. Artwork must meet our quality requirements. We are not responsible for poor results due to low-quality uploads.
2.3 You grant GC Prints Bolton Limited a licence to use, reproduce, and display submitted artwork for marketing unless you explicitly opt out.
2.4 We own all digital renderings created from customer artwork and may reuse these unless otherwise instructed.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment must be made in full via Square before production begins. We do not offer credit terms.
3.2 Prices are displayed in GBP and are subject to change. VAT is not applicable at this time.
3.3 If you fail to pay, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery is available within the UK only, primarily via Royal Mail. Costs and times vary.
4.2 Risk passes to you upon delivery. If products are returned to us due to failed delivery, you may be charged for redelivery.
4.3 Products may arrive in separate packages.
5. Cancellations & Returns
5.1 Personalised products are non-refundable unless we have made a grievous error, which must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5.2 Blank products can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in resellable condition. Return postage is your responsibility.
6. Faulty Goods
6.1 If you believe a product is faulty, contact us within 24 hours. If accepted, we will replace or refund the item.
6.2 Wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorised modifications void the warranty.
7. Liability
7.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
7.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid under your order.
7.3 You indemnify us against any claims arising from artwork or misuse of our products.
8. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside our control (e.g. weather, strikes, pandemics).
9. Governing Law
These Terms and your order are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Legal disputes must be resolved in English courts unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
